At 21 George Real Estate Investment Co., our goal is to provide strong investment opportunities to potential investors in emerging markets throughout New England. By continually monitoring various markets, we are able to pick up on economic trends to identify which markets are emerging and focus our efforts on those markets. With a strong understanding of the real estate market cycle, usually lasting between 8-12 years, we are able to identify when a specific market is in a buyers stage or sellers stage. By understanding this cycle, we are able to generate both strong cash flow, and equity for our investors.
After identifying the emerging market, we take it a step further by finding the path of progress in that market; or the area of growth in the market. We identify these areas by carefully monitoring the market over a long period of time and by also building a team in the market with extensive knowledge of the area. Only after identifying the path of progress do we begin looking for properties. We look for properties with value adds, or upgrades to the property that will increase rent and the overall value of the property. By riding the momentum of the market and adding value to our properties, we believe our properties will provide a strong return on investment for investors.
By using this strategy, we currently own 43 units in 3 different markets throughout New England. We currently have multiple properties under contract and have consistent deal flow.
